Home Health Care Services Provided
Our excellent staff of
Home Health Aides (HHA’s), Certified Nurses Aides (CNA’s,) and
State Tested Nurses Aides(STNA’s)
provide everything from “hands-on” personal care such as assistance with
bathing, dressing, feeding and mobility, to light housekeeping, laundry,
meal preparation, running errands, grocery shopping, and companionship.
Our
outstanding staff of Registered Nurses (RN’s) and
Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN’s) provide excellent “one-on-one” care for clients with all types of
illnesses or injuries by providing skilled care such as: injections, IV
infusions, cardiopulmonary assessments, wound care, phlebotomy (drawing
of blood for testing), diabetic monitoring, counseling and education.
Our Rehabilitation Services include the following:-
Physical Therapy for providing therapeutic exercise and instruction,
gait training, transfer and stair training.
Occupational Therapy to teach new skills needed in resuming activities
of daily living and use of adaptive equipment such as walkers and
wheelchairs.
Speech Therapy to provide swallowing and feeding therapy and ongoing
language therapy.
Our Therapists provide the following services:

- Teach techniques of adaptive equipment such as walkers and
wheelchairs.
Provide guidance and advice for improving safety, efficiency and
accessibility within the home.
